The Carolina Sauce Company was founded in 2003 in Durham, NC by Greg Leman and his wife,
Gloria Cabada-Leman. We are a small, family-owned and operated online business currently
based in Bozeman, Montana. In 2011, we sold our operations to Carolina Sauces, another family-owned and operated
small business that now handles all products and fulfills customer orders through a distributor in NC and the
Carolina Sauces online store.
Our mission is to be your gateway to culinary adventures by offering a wide variety of delicious and
hard-to-find regional and international specialty foods, including hot sauces, BBQ sauces, seasonings and condiments.
Together with our friends at Carolina Sauces, we strive to bring you an unrivaled selection of
high-quality products at a fair price and with attentive customer service. If you have a question that's

Q: I have a question about my online order - how do I contact you?
A: Please email Customer Service for the Carolina Sauces warehouse

and include your order number in your email so that they can look up your order and help you. You can also contact
Customer Service by calling toll-free: 1-877-3-HOTTER or 1-877-346-8837, or by using "live chat" on the
Carolina Sauces Customer
Service page - just click on the "Live Support" icon about halfway down the left column.
Q: Do you have a retail store location we can visit?
A: No. We are strictly an e-commerce business, and we don't have a walk-in
retail store or warehouse facility that you can visit in person.
Q: What stores in my area carry your products?
A: We don't know. We only sell online, we don't make the products and we don't distribute
to other stores. Because we don't handle wholesale distribution (that would be up to each manufacturer), we
don't have any information on where products might be sold in your area. If you contact the manufacturer
for the product you're looking for, they should be able to answer your question.
Q: Do you have a print catalog you could mail to me?
A: No. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, and because
our offerings change regularly, we don't print a catalog. Our website displays all the products we offer.

A: Carolina Sauces is a separately owned and operated company from Carolina Sauce Company.
In 2011, the original Carolina Sauce Company sold its operations to Carolina Sauces and licensed them to continue operating the business.
Carolina Sauces is the company that runs the online store, processes orders, ships products, and can answer your questions. The
Carolina Sauce Company is now merely a home-based website and does not have a business phone or a physical business address -- and for
obvious privacy reasons we do not post our personal home address on the internet, as I'm sure you wouldn't, either. If you have a question
